Worst service I had a service appt on 2/22/22 told them about an issue on one of the tires (back drivers side) they told me nothing was wrong with the sensor I went home and had to come back again on Marc about an issue on one of the tires (back drivers side) they told me nothing was wrong with the sensor I went home and had to come back again on March for the same issue low pressure on the tired they checked it again told me the same thing NOTHING IS WRONG now I got the message again for the 3rd time I got to go back and seat for 3-4 hrs so they can tell me the same thing 😡 and just add Air that's all they do every time and I don't have any leaks,it's Not loosing Air from no where I had complain with the Manager of the Service department and he still haven't solved anything they not doing it for free .. This place has the most outstanding customer service Greet you with a smile and good morning. Ask you to go to the waiting room where there are snack machine and complimentary coffee and they will call Greet you with a smile and good morning. I bought my car from this dealership, really good people and professional. Brandon took care of everything. However, there is scope to improve their service department. Was told they don’t due to covid, I said there are zero cases now and all the mandates are gone. But she said they don’t have it. I had to bring my wife second car to pick me up and then drop. More
