I have a maroon red Nissan 2008 Sentra. I have had my car in there twice over the past three months and I thought they were helpful at first but now we took it too a different Nissan place and there are many in there twice over the past three months and I thought they were helpful at first but now we took it too a different Nissan place and there are many problems wrong with my car now. I'm upset because we've had it in there many times and a second time to there to check what was wrong & they fixed one thing but now there are a million other problems. Desert Nissan was not very good at all & the guy Andy P. was not very nice when he called to talk to our insurance company & just being rude. More
Brought my car in for oil change and 45,000 mile service and left it over night. After they looked at it, I get a phone message telling that it needed an additional $420.00 services to it that it did not ne and left it over night. The owners guide does not recommend it, automotive sites on the net said it was probably a common scam, and mechanic friends of mine told me unless I had engine troubles don’t do it!! Next day comes and I called my service rep at the 8:00 a.m. opening, at 8:10 a.m. I left message with him. At 9:00 a.m. I call again, no answer - voice mail, I called back and left a message thru the main operator. At 11:15 a.m. (3 1/4 hours later) and nine tries he finally returns my call. OK SO here is the best part after trying to rip me off and poor customer service the service they did required driving it to the service bay and back out. I get my paperwork and it shows the same milage go in as coming out, BUT when I get in the car there are 4 miles they put on it for basically an oil change. Think that is called ........? I will not be back with these people, you need to decide if it worth it for you. More
I made an appointment with Dolly who failed to tell Andy P so it was not on his computer-the only thing he had for Tuesday was a 3 or 3:30; however, I was still forced to come back the next day-even though P so it was not on his computer-the only thing he had for Tuesday was a 3 or 3:30; however, I was still forced to come back the next day-even though the mechanic (good guy) offered to fix it then. Andy told him "No. She does not have an appointment so she has to come back tomorrow" I explained to him that I had to cancel an entire day of appointments and it would be a great hardship to do it again tomorrow. He then informed me that when I come tomorrow I would have to leave the car over night FOR A BREAK LIGHT ($78.00 PLUS $19.00 MISC FEE - THE LIGHT IS $8.00)and to turn my "check engine soon" lignt (oil light still stays on alot) Plus, of course, since the light is on, let's throw in a diagnotic check. By the way, getting 13 miles to the gallon on a highbrid "is the way it is" because I "cannot step on the gas peddle more than 1/4 the way down" And They did NOT EVEN WASH THE CAR!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO LISTENS HOW CUSTOMER ABUSIVE YOU ARE and I am a Real Estate Broker just up the street and I talk to everyone! More
I TOOK MY SUV TO HAVE A REPAIR THEY DID THE REPAIR AFTER THAT MY CAR IS BEEN HAVING A RATTLE, NOISE ON TOP OF THE DASHBOARD I BEEN 8 TIMES AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND ON OCTOBER ONE OF THE MECH THAT MY CAR IS BEEN HAVING A RATTLE, NOISE ON TOP OF THE DASHBOARD I BEEN 8 TIMES AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND ON OCTOBER ONE OF THE MECHANICS THEY PUT A BUNCH OF PAPER TOWELS UNDERNEATH OF THE DASHBOARD TO AVOID THE NOISE THAT WAS A TRICKY WAY TO AVOID THE WHOLE PROBLEM AND THEY JUST GAVE ME AROUNDS AND THEY DONT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT ALL THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE I WOULD NEVER BE BACK THERE AT ALL. We took our Xterra to have the AC checked out. They made us sign a document with little to no explaination. We told them NOT to fix anything more than the oil change. After finding out they wanted to charge us $1400 to fix the AC as well as changing a few belts and hoses, we told them to hold off on anything other than the oil change. When we went to pick it up, the bill was $410. They fixed the hoses and belts along with an oil change. In addition, they charged us $190 for a diagnostic exam. We were outraged. They wouldn't reverse the charges or show us our old hoses and belts. We were out $410.When we asked for the manager, he was not available. We left a message and have yet to hear back from him. This was not the first time its happened at a Nissan Dealership in Las Vegas. We own 2 Nissans and love the models. However, we will NEVER buy another car from them again!!!!!! BRING IN BRAND NEW CAR FOR OIL CHANGE COMES BACK WITH BIG DEEP SCRATCH TOLD TO BRING IT BACK MON 3 DAYS LATER DROP IT OFF CALLED LATE AFTERNOON THAT GUY CANNOT FIX IT AND THEY WILL SEND TO MECHANICS 2 DAYS LATER CALLED THAT IT WAS READY BUT PAINT JOB WAS TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY TOLD TO BRING IT BACK MON IN THE MEANTIME, WE FIND THAT THE PRIVACY SHADE IN THE BACK WAS TAKEN OUT AND REINSTALLED BACKWARDS BACK SEATS WERE LAID DOWN (OBVIOUSLY THEY HAULED SOMETHING) FOOTPRINT ON BACK OF BACK SEAT FRONT SEATBACK WAS LAID BACK RADIO SET TO RADIO STATION WE DON'T LISTEN TO FAILED TO WIPE OFF STEP RAIL AFTER INITIAL ATTEMPT TO FIX IT STRANGE BLUE/GREEN PUTTY LIKE SUBSTANCE IN THE BACK MARK ON INSIDE ROOF TEMPERATURE CONTROLS WERE CHANGED DROP IT OFF, GET CAR BACK; CLEANED UP IN AND OUT BUT CAN STILL SEE INDENT FROM ORIGINAL REPAIR ATTEMPT BUT PAINT IS BETTER AND DO NOT SEE SWEEPING MARKS LITTLE SCRATCH/GOUGE ON OPPOSITE SIDE NOW!!! I have brought my car to this dealership about 19 times in the last year for service on the same items. I am currently involved in arbitration to see about the lemon law on my car, and when a totally unrel in the last year for service on the same items. I am currently involved in arbitration to see about the lemon law on my car, and when a totally unrelated problem occured with my car (new problem, nothing to do with the lemon law) regarding it not starting properly and hesitating on acceleration I was told they REFUSED to look at my car (which is only a year old and under warranty) because of the arbitration. The Service Manager (Andy) made it a point to tell me he does not want to speak with me anymore, and the elusive General Manager is never around to talk to. I was refused service on my WARRANTED car because they fear they will mess it up further, I assume, and give me more to fight about on this matter. I also about 3 months ago emailed their customer service dept. about my issues on my company email address and the Svc Manager decided it would be more appropriate to call MY BOSS instead of me in return. I have yet to get a return email or call from anyone at that dealership. More
