I recently posted this year. After posting this review, the dealership's service manager called us and agreed that our situtation was horrible. He was upset to hear about our experience and offered to give us a discount on the price to have the AC fixed and paid for my husband to have a rental car. We will be back as this manager took the time to care and give us quality customer service.
