I had made an appointment to have my vehicle service done. The cost I was quoted was similar to what I usually pay...that was I thought. Boy I was wrong, I was nickled and dimed by this dealership. The done. The cost I was quoted was similar to what I usually pay...that was I thought. Boy I was wrong, I was nickled and dimed by this dealership. The discount I was promised wasn’t included. The services that usually bundled together were itemized and billed separately. I had brought my vehicle to many Nissan dealers and it’s always consistent with what I was quoted and never more. Auto Nation Nissan Las Vegas is a RIPOFF! The manager had the audacity to re-invite me back and promised to give the discount I would have gotten automatically for being a member of an association this dealership promotes. I wish my association discontinue their affiliation with this dealership. It gives them a bad reputation. More
I made an appointment on a Saturday 8am for an oil change, new tire and new battery they had my car all day till 5pm. When I picked up my car they informed me that my car had a leak but they where una change, new tire and new battery they had my car all day till 5pm. When I picked up my car they informed me that my car had a leak but they where unable to repair the leak that day and I needed to make another appointment. I made one for the following week early morning Saturday I drove there only for them to tell me my service tech was out sick and they could not repair my vehicle and that I needed to make another appointment. So I made another appointment for the following week on a Friday early morning 8am they notified me that my car would be ready at 5pm, I picked up my vehicle and turned on my engine and noticed the service engine soon light was on, it wasn’t on when I brought the car in so I went back inside the service department and my service tech pulled my car back into the garage to have it looked at. 20 minutes later my service tech came and got me to tell me some grime must have gotten on the censor and the light might shut off on its own, The engine is too hot and in order to check to make sure they would have to wait for it to cool off, we close at 6 so you have to make another appointment. I did make an appointment for the following Saturday only to be told that they didn’t have anyone who can check the censor on Saturdays because they changed the schedule around. I took my car to my sisters work who read my cars computer to tell me that the dealership forgot to reconnect my censor and the censor needs to be reconnected in order for the light to shut off. I have to bring my car in to the dealership again, I’m hoping they don’t charge me for their mistake. I’m hoping that when I show up for my appointment they can actually help me this time. It’s such an inconvenience to be with out a vehicle for an entire day and with the dealership suspending shuttle service I have no way back home or back to the dealership to pick up my car. I’ll have to try to take the bus and miss a day of work. Its been so stressful, I really regret giving this place my business. I know in the future I will not be coming here again. More
Service department is terrible. They will charge you for warranty work by saying it needs diagnosis and then tell you nothings wrong or we couldnt duplicate problem. Took my daughters car in for a tranmissi warranty work by saying it needs diagnosis and then tell you nothings wrong or we couldnt duplicate problem. Took my daughters car in for a tranmission problem which is known on these nissans and because they drove the car 21 miles and checked it with a scan tool it was good. Fortunately I got them to waive the $120.00 diagnostic fee. Also which I've never paid for or ever been mentioned to me at other dealer where I've had this cars transmissin looked at in CA. The cars issue happens after a period much longer than 21 miles and its caused by the transmission over heating making the vehicle go into limp mode and keeping you from being able to flow with traffic making it very UNSAFE. They probably make a ton of money $120 at a time telling people there's no lroblem or we can't duplicate the issue. More
This place is sucks. I sent my 2003 Nissan Maxima to fix engine leaking oil and power steering flush service, which is they sent e-mail to me and suggested .they diagnosed I sent my 2003 Nissan Maxima to fix engine leaking oil and power steering flush service, which is they sent e-mail to me and suggested .they diagnosed some gasket need to change, cost $960 something, and power steering flush is cost $130 something, after they changed gasket they called me said the power steering pump is leaking need to change, cost $ 730 something,I agreed to change, after left the car over there for a week ,finally I got call the car is ready to pick up, on the way home I felt the car was shaking when I was waiting for the traffic light, when I got home parked the car in garage, next morning I backed the car out of garage, saw more oil on the ground but was not same side as before, the oil was pink color, not engine oil ,I call the service consultant , he let me bring the car back, after I brought the car back, they diagnosed something about the transmission first after a while called us told us was some joint behind the engine because when they fixed the gasket the pressure went through cause other leak ask us to pay another $1700 to fix, we refused to pay, it cost us $120 for diagnose check up in the first place, second time leaking oil when they fixed the car caused! Next morning the service consultant called us said his manager wanted to talk to us he offer us $1200 to fix, which is $500 down than $1700, we refuse to pay for the fix, ( they flush the power steering system with pressure caused that problem) why you guys made the problem we have to pay for fix, then the service manager said I DON'T FIX CAR FOR FREE, there is two way , pay $1200 for fix, or take your car GO. (the car is still leaking power steering fluid), We want talk to his general manager, the old general manager is leaving, the new general manager she is coming in next Monday, we waited to the next Tuesday, go talk to her ,she said the same as the service manager said I DON'T FIX CAR FOR FREE, we said the damage is you people did, why we have to pay for fix, then she offered us pay $500 to fix, I asked her, do you guarantee to fix the problem? she said NO,I AM NOT GUARANTEE, I thought oh ,another trap, seems the problems will never end, after a while she asked us do you want to sell your car? my wife(she is with me) asked how much you give me? she said $1500, my wife said no ,and she said $2000,My wife said $2500, she said no I am not barging, no way out ,we think if take the car home may be not safe to drive, so decide sell the car to them . after I paid fix fee $1507.64 ,I only got$492.36. I feel like I got robbed. My advice is, any body if your car warranty is over ,something needs to fix ,this is not a good place to go , they are not honest , beware! More
3 times higher repair quote than another nissan dealer in LV Took our 2012 versa into service dept 11-10-17. Told them the symptoms of an issue with the car. An hour later the service writer says they had answers on what was wrong. The guy named Blake said the brake switch needed replaced, said it would cost $350.00, and that it would take 1 1/2 hours. I asked if it could wait a couple days so I could have my husband bring it back. He said yes. My husband called a different Nissan service dept and was quoted a price of $82.00 for parts and labor taking less time to repair. Before we could take it in we discovered we had no brake lights on the car which Blake never mentioned. Feeling it unsafe to drive we found a mechanic to come to our place and repair it for a total of $111.00 (parts & labor). This did fix the problem. My thoughts are that hopefully I wasn't quoted a repair price 3 times higher than else where because I'm a 60 yr old lady. More
Full of Crap Dealer!!!!!!! This is a true nightmare with this Dealership! I've been sold a 2012 Durango which it has not been working properly a week after I took it from the dealer. It brakes down on me in the middle of the street, I call the salesperson who is never available, then I called the financed Manager who decides to charge me more money to be able to close the deal, just to tell me she will get back with me, which she doesn't at all! Waited 4 hours in heat out there, I called my AAA to have my car towed to the service dept, they send me to the salesperson who I found inside her office, then she sends me back to Service Dept, at the end the only true and great help I get is from a young lady called Kim who works in the Rental car dept, who authorized for me to take a loaner car. However i was only going to be with out my car for the long labor weekend, which turned out to 2 weeks, them knowing I have 5 kids which is why I needed am Suv! Well they didn't care, no consideration or respect what so ever, never got a courtesy call from my salesperson or a manager, to top it off my plates expires while my car has been in their posesion at all time, they give me my car with expires plates, and still my vehicle not properly functioning, I go back the next day when they gave me the car to tell them my car plates are expired, I haven't been able to make use of my car, and now I have to pay for my plates which has been expired since they had my car, just to get an answer from the Manager (Dalily saying I suggest you just go pay your platesat the DMV!) In top of that I had to take my car to the Dodge dealer to have a full inspection done since it not running properly, so here I am without a car, with more expenses added to me, with expired plates, and no car! None of them Salesperson, Manager or anyone has had the courtesy to call and see how they can help me out! Worst Customer Service Ever! Do not buy from this place you will regret it!!!!!!! More

Suspected a faulty thermostat called to make an appointment and had the truck in before 9:30 am. It was after 11:30 when Frank found us and told us we needed a thermostat and the radiator was leaking and needed replaced estimate was $996... When asked where the leak was he didn't know , we asked how much for just the thermostat and his answer was $580.. the estimate cost us $80 and we headed back to Phoenix for a new thermostat and radiator cap , installed for a total of $121 with tax. I would avoid this dealer at all cost. More

..Nissan rouge /lv. Sahara location Not only do I service my car here but also got it from here I hate this place they don't seem to care about the issues with your car really. Two weeks Not only do I service my car here but also got it from here I hate this place they don't seem to care about the issues with your car really. Two weeks into getting my new nissan rouge (6miles) i realized that the passenger seat would vibrate mentioned it to the salesman and he said oh bring it in we'll have a look so I did and the service center said " I should continue to run my car till I had more mileage because sometimes the brake pads ....blah blah" it has now been months (I have took it in two other times and nothing has been done one of those times i spoke to the service manager explaining everything from the start I told him it was very frustrating having leased this car brand new and I didn't feel it was safe nor did i want the car at this point i also told him his department was not helpful and rude *on one visit I was there 4hrs and they forgot about my car!?* he replied with a grin on his face sorry i dont think you'll be able to do much its hard to get out of contracts then followed by saying you dont have to come here i mean you can go to a diff. Location they'll probably treat you the same tho i was like wow...shortly after he mentioned a buy back ... ) I opened up a claim on the car but I bet my best option now is to go into a different dealership and get into another vehicle More
