I had a lot of issues with the NV passenger from the start, purchased from another dealer. These guys did most of the service issues I had. A few hiccups, brought it back several times for the same iss start, purchased from another dealer. These guys did most of the service issues I had. A few hiccups, brought it back several times for the same issues but in the end they got it all sorted out. Andrew Andrews stayed on it until the van was right. Sold it the next day. The man Andrew has been helping me and it has been amazing service! He was able to get my transmission fixed under warranty and because of this experience I was able to get my first rental car that is amazing service! I also was able to learn how to trade in my car once the time comes and he’s going to work with me on getting the rest of my car fixed since it’s now at 80k miles oh and he helped me get my brakes fixed and the loan I got on it pretty much paid the whole thing granted it was super expensive to fix $576 is nothing to laugh at and I do wish they were cheaper so future updates I’ll probably look for cheaper fix or sale the car for a newer one. Either way this place is really friendly and hard workers. Granted I did wait 5-6 hours for my breaks to be fixed and have to wait 3-5 days for my transmission to get replaced unless they get done fast then that’ll be amazing!!! Still waiting tho and it’s only been 3 days as of today. I pray it’s done today or tomorrow. Anyways thank you for everything. Oh and everytime I got my car back the plastic and foot paper is always left in the car and that’s actually pretty frustrating to remove. I feel as tho since they put it there they can take it out too. More
Nice , friendly service, however, they have always washed the car! They left plastic on the drivers seat, and paper on floor! I was very pleased with the reception, the service and the fact that my maintenance contract was honoured in America. Time from driving in to heading home was less than 90 min.
