Ryan was outstanding. He really listened and took care of my needs. I know it can tough for a Technician to break bad news to a customer, Ryan was honest and straight forw He really listened and took care of my needs. I know it can tough for a Technician to break bad news to a customer, Ryan was honest and straight forward. I know he could tell that I was hesitant to get the work done at the price given. In return Ryan gave me options and let me know consequences of each option. He kept his word on when I would have my vehicle back it was even done a little earlier. I have have been to this dealership a few times and really like the professionalism, Integrity, and the way that they treat their clients. I would give them 10 stars if possible. They always go above and beyond for me when I go for my car issues. I will not go to any other Nissan dealership. More

I am displeased by how I got an appointment to get car into service . I drove there with all the recall paperwork so that we could discuss it and set up the appointment. I was told that I had to call to m into service . I drove there with all the recall paperwork so that we could discuss it and set up the appointment. I was told that I had to call to make appointment. If I was already there why couldn’t I just make the appointment while I was there for a day I could get it in. Not happy with that More
