Been using with the service department at AutoNation Nissan for a few years now (I have leased 2 cars from that dealership) and they've always been great. Ken Vontalge always makes sure I am well taken Nissan for a few years now (I have leased 2 cars from that dealership) and they've always been great. I been coming to this dealership for 3 years now. I thought the reason I wasn't getting my car washed after a service was because I had to pay extra I asked another customer and he said no it come w I thought the reason I wasn't getting my car washed after a service was because I had to pay extra I asked another customer and he said no it come with every service 😐 I'm like wow 3 years no car wash.. then as I watched several other cars come back washed I noticed that all the other customers with washed cars were white men and women ... then I got slapped with the truth a black man got his car back right be4 mine as mine nor his was washed I am very disappointed and sad is this the 1930s ...... More

Oil change and tire rotation was quick as was the diagnosis and labor for a continuous squeak from the steering wheel which was not resolved once I got into my car. I had a very pleasant experience. Service people are courteous and helpful. I received reminders for my appointments. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and friendly face on my appo Service people are courteous and helpful. I received reminders for my appointments. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and friendly face on my appointments. My service advisor was thorough in explaining the service required and costs. The lounge is always comfortable and clean where you can enjoy fresh brewed coffee and watch television while you wait for your vehicle. My car was always washed when I was handed my keys back. It’s a farther drive for me, but their service is worth it. More
