AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas - Service Center

I took my 2024 Nissan Frontier with less than 600 miles in to the service department at AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas to have them look at an issue with the AC system emanating a nasty smell. The first thing in to the service department at AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas to have them look at an issue with the AC system emanating a nasty smell. The first thing that David Tran the service agent told me without even looking at the issue was that it would cost me $150 to replace the cabin filter. I told him that I just bought the truck less than a week ago and it should be covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. He refused and told me it would cost me for them to look at the problem. I would never use this dealership for anything in the future if this is how they treat their customers. More
