Lenny Duval was a wonderful representitive of your company. I had intended to go to another dealer, but, Lenny was so helpful and kind to us we decided this was the person we wanted to do business wi company. Because of him we decided to buy a new car instead of a used car. He showed us all the cars we were interested in and never seemed out of patience. He is professional but sincere. We will recommend him to friends. The Manager was also helpful and friendly making us feel as if we were his only clients. Bill the finance manager was clear and helpful as well. He carefully explained everything and again treated us like his most important client. We are happy we stopped by this dealership. It didn't take a long time to fill out the paperwork for approval and was a pleasant experience (if there is such a thing when buying a new car). Overall, we were very happy with Desert Nissan and will be customers there in the years to come. We have already raved about the sales team to family and friends and will encourage them to stop by Desert Nissan when they are in the market for a new car. More

I TOOK MY SUV TO HAVE A REPAIR THEY DID THE REPAIR AFTER THAT MY CAR IS BEEN HAVING A RATTLE, NOISE ON TOP OF THE DASHBOARD I BEEN 8 TIMES AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND ON OCTOBER ONE OF THE MECH THAT MY CAR IS BEEN HAVING A RATTLE, NOISE ON TOP OF THE DASHBOARD I BEEN 8 TIMES AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND ON OCTOBER ONE OF THE MECHANICS THEY PUT A BUNCH OF PAPER TOWELS UNDERNEATH OF THE DASHBOARD TO AVOID THE NOISE THAT WAS A TRICKY WAY TO AVOID THE WHOLE PROBLEM AND THEY JUST GAVE ME AROUNDS AND THEY DONT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT ALL THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE I WOULD NEVER BE BACK THERE AT ALL. We took our Xterra to have the AC checked out. They made us sign a document with little to no explaination. We told them NOT to fix anything more than the oil change. After finding out they wanted to charge us sign a document with little to no explaination. We told them NOT to fix anything more than the oil change. After finding out they wanted to charge us $1400 to fix the AC as well as changing a few belts and hoses, we told them to hold off on anything other than the oil change. When we went to pick it up, the bill was $410. They fixed the hoses and belts along with an oil change. In addition, they charged us $190 for a diagnostic exam. We were outraged. They wouldn't reverse the charges or show us our old hoses and belts. We were out $410.When we asked for the manager, he was not available. We left a message and have yet to hear back from him. This was not the first time its happened at a Nissan Dealership in Las Vegas. We own 2 Nissans and love the models. However, we will NEVER buy another car from them again!!!!!! Do not end up like us, do not take your car to Desert Nissan or buy from them!!!! « Hide More
