I had the chance to meet Mike, what an amazing guy. He helped me throughout the entire process, not only serving as an intermediary but also going above and beyond his duties. Andrew Andrews was helpful and informative when dropped off my car. When I asked for courtesy pick up he agreed to send the driver after lunch. I waited over an hour and called at round 2:30pm. Andrew stated he had been advised that they no longer did pick ups. He did not call to tell me, I wonder if he would wait until to end of the time transportation stopped at 3pm to advise me. He than stated he would see what he could do. He came back on the line and advised that someone was playing with him and he would send the driver. When we arrived at dealership, Andrew acknowledged us but continued to input information in the computer for almost 10 minutes while we waited for him to check us our. When I questioned the final amount he provided me over the phone, he stated that he had not provided that figure but I repeated the amount to my sister as he said the amount. I did not feel like a valued customer. More
