Have been coming here for over a dozen years and AutoNation has earned my trust and future vehicle purchases. Always upfront with what my vehicle requires service wise, pricing is explained and I am given the option of which work to perform. No pressure. This most recent service appointment was my first time meeting Matt. He explained recommended services and gave me print outs so I had references to all he said. I've met every advisor at AutoNation over the past 12+ years. Matt is a true asset to the AutoNation service writer family. More
Had my car fixed with Ken and I am satisfied with the service. Whatever problems I had with the car was solved and I was given a rental to manage the days without the car. The Sales Team at this location is wonderful but the Service Department is awful! Each time I have come in for service they didn’t have records of my contract. This last week I had to wait for my car as I didn’t have a ride home. I had an appointment at 11:30 and I was still waiting at 2;30. They don’t offer shuttle service either. I don’t understand why they overbook if they don’t have the personnel to get the job done. This is very frustrating. More
It wouldn’t be fair to give 5 stars since I only had business with the service department. Although I don’t agree with the many things they say need repairing on my car, they took care of the recalls I business with the service department. Although I don’t agree with the many things they say need repairing on my car, they took care of the recalls I sent there for and the service technician, Ryan, was very professional and treated me nicely and with respect. He offered suggestions on what to repair first and foremost, answered all my questions in what I regard as very truthfully. Although the recalls took 4 hours to complete while I waited, I’d return if necessary. More
Leased a 2021 Rogue and had transmission issues from the first week. Had 8 visits since then and it is still having problems with the CVT.
