From start to finish, this team made my purchase decision easy. I emailed with my interest of a certain vehicle, they had it pulled up front and ready when I arrived. This was the worst experience buying or leasing a car we’ve ever had. I forwarded along all of the info needed in hope of being in and out at the dealership. It still took more than 2 hours. Then the bra we’ve ever had. I forwarded along all of the info needed in hope of being in and out at the dealership. It still took more than 2 hours. Then the brand new car we bought was making a banging noise from day one. I called after have it for 2 days and it took at least 8 calls before someone picked up the phone at the dealership. We dropped the car off with the service dept only to have them call two days later saying it’s fixed…it was NOT. They had done nothing to find the actual problem. After we refused to take it back since it warm fixed the service dept finally did their job and fix the issue. The whole ordeal took more more than a week! I will NEVER go back to Autonation. The sales people are pushing making the sale and once the papers are signed they don’t care to help you anymore. This is our 7th Nissan owned, 6th Nissan lease and the only problems we’ve ever had we’re at this dealership. More
