I want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service I received from Sammie. From the beginning, he was helpful, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs. He worked with me on service I received from Sammie. From the beginning, he was helpful, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs. He worked with me on pricing and communicated clearly every step of the way. Sammie’s professionalism and respectful approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He definitely deserves a five-star rating. On the other hand, my experience with Chris was disappointing. Communication was poor, and instead of taking time to explain things or understand my concerns, he became loud and dismissive. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable—especially when dealing with customers’ time and money. Clear, respectful communication is key, and unfortunately, that was missing in my interaction with Chris. Thanks to Sammie for turning the situation around and showing what true customer service looks like. More
Avoid Autonation Nissan at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to, manipulated, and disrespected. This place is the definition of shady, and the worst part? The so-called ‘general manager,’ Manny, is t being lied to, manipulated, and disrespected. This place is the definition of shady, and the worst part? The so-called ‘general manager,’ Manny, is the biggest xxxxxxx of them all. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was a mess—disorganized, unprofessional, and full of salespeople who would rather hustle you than actually help. I came in expecting a fair deal, but instead, I got an experience straight out of a bad movie. I was told one price over the phone, only to arrive and be hit with thousands in hidden fees that ‘somehow’ weren’t mentioned earlier. When I confronted them, Manny himself came out, acting like he was doing me a favor by ‘explaining’ why I had no choice but to accept their garbage offer. He talked in circles, refused to honor what was originally discussed, and kept pushing nonsense excuses about ‘market adjustments’ and ‘bank fees.’ It was a classic bait-and-switch, and they had zero shame about it. To make matters worse, the entire process was painfully slow. I was there for seven hours being jerked around—documents ‘disappearing,’ endless waiting, and nonsense excuses about why things weren’t moving forward. Manny kept ducking in and out, acting like he was too important to actually handle anything. The only time he gave me his full attention was when he was pressuring me to sign paperwork that didn’t match the deal I was promised. At the end of it all, I walked out feeling like I had just been scammed. And judging by the looks on other customers’ faces, I wasn’t the only one. This place is rotten to its core—corroding from the inside out with sleazy sales tactics, deception, and a complete lack of respect for customers. Nissan makes decent cars, but this dealership? It should be shut down and replaced with literally anything else. A landfill would be a step up from this disaster. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away. More
AutoNation Nissan always takes good care of my 2018 Rogue. Andrew was able to give me a discount on my service and that helped tremendously. Rogue. Andrew was able to give me a discount on my service and that helped tremendously. More

Subject: BUYER BEWARE! I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with the service department at AutoNation Nissan on 5800 W Sahara, Las Vegas, Nevada. I I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with the service department at AutoNation Nissan on 5800 W Sahara, Las Vegas, Nevada. I believe the department operates dishonestly, and I want to warn others about their practices. I purchased my Nissan Murano from this dealership in 2017 and have always had my car serviced there. On November 26, I brought my car in for a routine oil change. My service advisor was Andrew. At that time, everything seemed fine. However a few days later, on November 30, I noticed a loud knocking sound and shaking from my car. Concerned, I immediately returned to the dealership and spoke with Andrew. He informed me that no one could inspect the car until Monday, so they would need to keep it over the weekend. I paid for a rental car provided by the dealership. Later that day, I received a video from a mechanic stating with certainty that the issue was the control arms. He said it was "100 percent" the cause of the problem. However, when I followed up with Andrew about repair costs, he claimed the car needed new axles and an alignment in addition to the control arms. The total estimate was over $4,000. Suspicious, I asked for proof regarding the axle issue. After some delay, they produced a video showing one damaged axle but insisted both axles needed replacement. Feeling pressured, I decided to leave the car with them over the weekend while considering my options. On Monday, I returned to retrieve my car and met with Chris, the service manager. He then added that my transmission was making noise and might need replacement. This raised the estimated repair cost to $12,000! Chris also suggested I trade in my car for a new one, which Manny, the sales manager, reinforced. They assured me they were acting in my best interest, but I felt manipulated. I chose to get a second opinion. A trusted local mechanic determined that the only issue was the left axle. All other components were in perfect condition, and the repair was completed for a mere fraction of the quoted cost. I feel deeply betrayed by AutoNation Nissan's service department. Their misrepresentation of my car's condition could have cost me thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership and their service department. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
