Horrible service I purchased a Nissan from a different dealer in the Valley, but recently moved closer these guys. Today I called about a service issue and wanted t I purchased a Nissan from a different dealer in the Valley, but recently moved closer these guys. Today I called about a service issue and wanted to know if it was covered under my extended warranty. Debbie, the receptionist answers the phone and immediately puts me on hold. After about 7 mins she picks the phone up. I ask my question. Without hesitation she says "NO" it's not covered. I asked Debbie how can she be sure, she didn't even ask my name, VIN, warranty contract number, anything. She said "I'm sure" and then placed me on hold again. I rifled through my file cabinet and found my contract. I called the 3rd party company that they farmed the warranty out to. They told me the issue IS covered. I called AutoNation back to speak with Debbie's supervisor. She must have taken note of my number because each time I called I heard someone pick up the phone and hang-up on me. After several failed attempts at contacting service, I reached out the sales where Zack tried to connect me to Tobi? Long-story-short, each time I was transferred their system "conveniently" disconnected or hung-up because no one was at that extension. Just a glimpse into what you can expect from them after your purchase. More
