Poor service and poor communication , had us wait 2 1/2 hours to tell us they couldn’t do an recall update than another 40 mins to write up a list of all they did find wrong with the car that we did not as hours to tell us they couldn’t do an recall update than another 40 mins to write up a list of all they did find wrong with the car that we did not ask for but paper says customer requested, we did not. Hear a strange noise from the engine. Also, bring in for a 60K oil change. Front right arm split, radiator fan broken, gotta give it to Arizona constant construction.
