I have always gotten excellent service from this Dealership and that's why I will Always return for either maintenance on our present vehicle or any future vehicles that we would purchase from this Dealership and that's why I will Always return for either maintenance on our present vehicle or any future vehicles that we would purchase from this dealership. Service was a little slow yesterday, but that is due to the maintenance department being short staffed like almost all other businesses, so I cut them some slack. Only work that was needed was performed. I did receive suggestions for future maintenance which I plan to do. Patrick has always been my service representative and he always explains everything prior to service. No surprises. More
Had an initial appointment at noon - brought car in and advisor said probably would not be able to look at it that day - would possibly have to leave over night but don't have a rental car available - why advisor said probably would not be able to look at it that day - would possibly have to leave over night but don't have a rental car available - why make an appointment if not able to look at it?? Made an another appointment for a week later for 8:30 am when a rental would be available. Got up early so I could get my car in on time - I live an hour away - left the car on time - took a rental car and wasted the whole day driving around Phoenix. Went back to the dealership around 4 pm to find out that they had not even started on my car although they had brought it in but the mechanic apparently had an appointment and had to leave - why the xxxx ask me to bring the car in at 8:30 if no one was even going to look at it until 4. Was then told that they would not be able to finish it until probably the next day - so take the rental car home and waste another day waiting for them to look at it. Finally at 4:30 pm they finally finished it - although they could not seem to find out what was actually causing the problem?? Picked up my car and went home - 2 days wasted. More

They are short on employee and service is waning significantly. They had my car 3 days, wanted $179 to tell me I had no transmission problem. They agreed to have him take another look at it, but that he wouldn’t be back to work for 4 days and they had nobody else who could address it sooner. After that, telling me it was (almost) $1K to repair a part or my driver side mirror, and quoting me more than double what I had to pay next door to get my rear brakes done… I decided to take my business elsewhere, paid them nothing and thanked them for wasting my time.
