Came in for a pre-purchase inspection and Jim was awesome. I had just purchase a car through carvana, Jim was super reassuring and actually gave me a quote for new tires. Always great service, and no pressure to add extra services if not needed. We feel well taken care of and that our car is safe. My car leaves clean and in great condition every time.
