i have taken my Nissan to this location for the last 5-6 years for all repairs. The services Reps are 5 star. I just wish that the person doing the work were more careful about NOT spilling oil and not cl years for all repairs. The services Reps are 5 star. I just wish that the person doing the work were more careful about NOT spilling oil and not cleaning up THIER mess. Last time my car was ONE qt low on oil when they finish. This time it was 1/2 qt low when they finished. Is it that hard to get this correct. This has to with the oil changes only. More
I had Engine light on and took it to Autonation Chandler for Service, The Service manager Jennifer told me she would recommend 35k Service and the engine light on troubleshooting and fixing. She called me for Service, The Service manager Jennifer told me she would recommend 35k Service and the engine light on troubleshooting and fixing. She called me and said, It is the cam shaft Sensor that needs to be replaced, I agreed work to be done and returned home after paying ~$1,300, The Engine light came back in two days and went back and talked to the same service manger: she said, it could be Cam Shaft Sensor, if that didn't fix, it could be other sensor, could the other etc etc. I was really exhausted by her "could be" answers and felt like I could be spending about or more than$5k if I go after her "could be's". Really felt like being Ripped Off. Will talk to legal advisors in town as I was ripped off by this Dealer's Sercie More
