I had the worst service experience with my service advisor Julio from AutoNation Gilbert. The lack of communication was the worst. I had to call several times to get an update. Have to make an appointment for an oil change. The oil change and running the car through a car wash took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Although this may seem a longer wait than necessary for a "scheduled appointment", my last two oil changes at other Nissan dealerships took over 2 hours (and that's without the car wash because I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes). At this Nissan dealership, I was told right away that it would take 60 to 90 minutes. So the service at this dealership was more helpful than other Nissan dealerships. Although I have to drive an extra 15 minutes to get to this dealership rather than a closer dealership, I will be coming to AutoNation Nissan Chandler for future service to my Nissan. More
