went in for an oil change and service Advisor sold me a 30,000 mile check package $1100, and when came to pick up car they only did a oil change, another service adv stepped in and got it all taken care. Patrick G. has been our service writer for many years and I ran out of words to express how well he takes care of his customers, and he is very customer oriente has been our service writer for many years and I ran out of words to express how well he takes care of his customers, and he is very customer oriented! Also, customer service starts immediately when customers arrive and people don't have to wait not even 10 or 15 minutes to be aprroached by a dealer representative, that's what I also like from this dealer. Lastly, I live a bit far from the Gilbert Auto Nation Nissan dealer, and having Nissan Dealers, close to my home, my wife and I choose to drive all the way to Gilbert because of the great customers service they provide. In additional, the parts department guy Ray H. is an imacing individual and is very knowledgeable in the parts department, and I can go on and on, so keep up the good work because there is always going to be a complainer/winner, for sure, thank for giving me the opportunity to provide my feedback folks!
