Everything was done professionally and the job was completed on time however there was poor communication at the end of the job. The job was done but by the time I was notified the crew had gone home completed on time however there was poor communication at the end of the job. The job was done but by the time I was notified the crew had gone home and there was no driver available to pick me up. so I had to wait until the next day. There needs to be a better follow-thru at the end of the job. More

Although I did not buy my car from AutoNation Nissan, Chandler, I have been getting my oil changed and tire since 2018. I always feel like I am valuable customer. I always thought Nissan parts were the same cost & labor at all Nissan dealers...not true. AutoNation Nissan Chandler's price & labor was WAY lower than the estimate I received at another AutoNation Nissan at all Nissan dealers...not true.
