AutoNation Nissan Chandler - Service Center

I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership and had issues with the radio (kept cutting out every 3 mins and phone would not connect properly). After having it for 25 days I FINALLY got my vehicle had issues with the radio (kept cutting out every 3 mins and phone would not connect properly). After having it for 25 days I FINALLY got my vehicle back only to have the same issues happening. Dropped the vehicle off for the 2nd time directly to AutoNation so they could try and figure out what was going on. Went to pick it up 6 days later and still had issues with radio. As they say, third times a charm! Finally picked up my vehicle 9 days later and all the issues were corrected. It was a BIG PITA, BUT they fixed everything and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Sure would have been great to get everything fixed right the first time but I really appreciated that they guaranteed their work and got it completed. More

Excellent service from Service Dept waiting area has. area has friendly personal. But needs to be cleaned more frequently,was there 3days in a row found room ash laying on tables and furniture re that had area has friendly personal. Investigated reason for backup camera blacking out and radio going back to factory reset with engineers at Nissan and found I needed a new radio/camera unit.
