I have always had good to excellent experiences with the Service Department at this dealership and have been coming here for many years. Staff are friendly and helpful and take good care of my Nissan Front Service Department at this dealership and have been coming here for many years. Staff are friendly and helpful and take good care of my Nissan Frontier. This time was no different. The only reason I gave this instance four instead of five stars is there was a slight miscommunication from the mechanics and the service took longer than expected. Otherwise, there were no problems and the service performed on the truck was as expected. They also found a problem with the battery which was taken care of with no extra charge (under warranty). More
Very helpful servicing my Altima. Patrick was service coordinator and he was outstanding. He even brought my car around to me which was much appreciated in the heat. I had my Murano serviced and Dustin is my advisor. Could not have gone better. Checked in at 7:00 a.m. By 8:00 [ was driving out . I even had a cup of coffee. Found out I had a nail in my tire but needed to get back onto the freeway. I dropped into the dealership and Dustin Gaskill quickly located a new tire and replaced the old one for me and I was back on the f onto the freeway. I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership and had issues with the radio (kept cutting out every 3 mins and phone would not connect properly). After having it for 25 days I FINALLY got my vehicle had issues with the radio (kept cutting out every 3 mins and phone would not connect properly). After having it for 25 days I FINALLY got my vehicle back only to have the same issues happening. Dropped the vehicle off for the 2nd time directly to AutoNation so they could try and figure out what was going on. Went to pick it up 6 days later and still had issues with radio. As they say, third times a charm! Finally picked up my vehicle 9 days later and all the issues were corrected. It was a BIG PITA, BUT they fixed everything and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Sure would have been great to get everything fixed right the first time but I really appreciated that they guaranteed their work and got it completed. More
Excellent service from Service Dept waiting area has. area has friendly personal.
