I never have a bad experience at this dealership. I had to bring my Titan in for a recall service. Since I live so far away, 30+ miles, I do not have the option to go home and come back when the truc I had to bring my Titan in for a recall service. Since I live so far away, 30+ miles, I do not have the option to go home and come back when the truck is ready, so I am a waiter. The waiting area is comfortable and I am able to get my work done while I am waiting. Jennifer keeps me updated on the work being performed and lets me know if there is any other service that needs attention. Everyone is very professional and attentive. I can't see myself going to any other dealership. More
The service was completed quick and before the quoted time. The staff was friendly and answered the questions I had, but I felt rushed to leave.
