I’m happy with the oil change that I went in for but I asked them to air up my tires because the light keeps coming on in the morning and they’re on the low side. They said it was included with my plan an asked them to air up my tires because the light keeps coming on in the morning and they’re on the low side. They said it was included with my plan and that it would be done, however when leaving the dealership the tires were the same psi as when we came in. I’m not sure if they were supposed to rotate my tires as well, but they didn’t. They also left all of the plastic and paper on the seat in the car. The other times I’ve came here they’ve done a good job. The service was done quickly. More
After waiting two weeks for my part to get in for installation and then calling to find out the status, only to find out the service rep had quit and my order was dropped I was a little apprehensive installation and then calling to find out the status, only to find out the service rep had quit and my order was dropped I was a little apprehensive about doing it again. However, they ensured me they had the part in stock and could replace it and do a recall service at the same time. I worked with Caryl and she was pleasant and very thorough. I will however, always call to confirm the status of all orders from now on. I did wait in the wait room for 2 hrs and when I saw my car was already parked in the exit I went to check out (without being notified it was ready). I would suggest a better process to keep customers informed of the status of their car and estimated wait time (Similar to Discount Tire who texts you as your car is serviced with a update). I understand they were very busy so give the benefit of the doubt. I will take my car back to them as they did a good job on it More
2008 Altima Coupe, 63k miles. Service advisor and tech was able to trouble shoot and fix a problem with it intermittently turning over with just my descriptions of the problem. Another well known valley automotive shop was unable to do so after having the car all day. While at Auto Nation Nissan some recommendations were made for future care of the car. I checked pricing via the phone with two other companies and they were completely inline with them but what tipped the scale in their favor for the future repairs is they understood budgeting and helped me prioritize critical age vs. mileage related repairs. I felt heard and thus they earned my trust by competently repairing the first issue and the being honest with costs and time out of service for my car for the repairs. The service advisor was efficient, personable and facilitated a smooth, timely repair. The Tech obviously fixed it and followed protocols to protect the car and return it as clean as when dropped off. I worked with Johnathan and Jennifer in service. Refreshing and a bit surprising to find a great dealer service center close to our new home that I feel comfortable and confident taking my car in. More
Scheduling my first service appointment for my new 2022 Pathfinder was easy and simple. I arrived at my scheduled time and was taken care of by Patrick.
