AutoNation Nissan Chandler - Service Center

This review concerns a recent visit for oil change and passenger seatbelt/air bag recall. We made an appointment 5 weeks out due to work schedules. We lucked out in that our rep was able to find the par passenger seatbelt/air bag recall. We made an appointment 5 weeks out due to work schedules. We lucked out in that our rep was able to find the parts needed. I was surprised that even though we made the appointment well in advance for a known issue Nissan will not order parts until vehicle is on site. This is not very professional and frankly I was shocked! But as I stated we lucked out and our service rep was professional and very helpful..work was completed same day as promised. More

I had my oil changed and arrived early. They were able to get me in right away. I waited less than an hour and it was done. Fast, courteous and did a good job. Waiting area is very nice. The diligent workers of this establishment friendly greeted us at the entrance for information needed for the recall and offered and followed through with a thorough check of our Nissan.
