Had to replace battery that was under warranty. Took my bad battery to dealer. Service and parts guy said they needed vehicle to give me new warranty battery. I explained that I need battery so I c Took my bad battery to dealer. Service and parts guy said they needed vehicle to give me new warranty battery. I explained that I need battery so I can start the truck to bring it to dealer. Part guy gave me battery. I took home, installed it and drove it back to dealer. When I got back to dealer service rep Adrian helped me right away. He got my vin number and took many pictures of my truck. I explained that I didn't have the right tool to properly install and to please tighten and check out. He said it would about an hour. I said fine. I went back a few minutes later and ask while I was here could they change the oil also. He said ok. About an 90 minutes later my truck was ready to go. I asked did they tighten everything up and check everything out? Adrian said yes, popped hood and looked at battery. All good. I paid, then left. Drove home parked car in driveway. Later that evening I went to put my truck in my garage and it would not start. I tried to jump it, but my new battery was totally drained. Dealer is now closed. So, I had to go to Orielly's auto parts to buy another battery so I could drive to work the next morning. While at Orielly's they put a tester on and said my alternator is bad. I called back to service the next morning explained what happened. I ask how much an alternator would be and he said he couldn't price anything unless I came back up there. I ask why they didn't do a diagnostic to make sure everything was ok when I was up there. He said since the battery was already installed they just checked that it was charged. So now I have 2 new batteries. Very frustrated. I ended up going to another auto repair shop. They diagnosed my problem. it was loose battery cable and they cleaned it and tightened it. If Nissan would have checked out correctly, it would have saved me much aggravation. I was loyal Customer there but no more. More

It is obvious he was meant to deal with customers and goes out of his way to make sure your experience at this dealership is well received. Your team has put Superstition Nissan to shame. They could not identify the problem on this vehicle and didn't seem to care, left steering rack bolts loose on my murano, reused seals that leaked and my wife actually drove it home. I will definitely use this dealership and Pat for service again.. More
Why send me coupons I can't stack when you refferd services. I had a coupon for oil change. Scheduled my old change. I told the rep that schedule the appointment that I had a coupon. Took advantage of the coupon for other services ; oil change is not included in the other services coupon ; I told the rep that I had a coupon for the other services and agreed to recommendations. When I arrived to pay I was told that I either had to use the oil coupon or the percent off coupon. If I knew they couldn't be used together I easily could have paid for my oil change and scheduled the other services. My budget is important to me..when I expect to pay one amount and arrive and have to pay something else it's misleading. I told both reps I had coupons. Using them was not an issue until I got ready to pay.I also dropped my car if the night before. I was told I would be notified when the work was done. Plenty of communication when making recommendations. Once I agreed to the recommendations I didn't hear anything else. I called the office 30 minutes before it closed and was told - oh I'm sorry I thought I texted you. I had to call a friend to come get me to make it to the office before you closed. The representative did wait for me to get there; which was after it closed. More
My service advisor was friendly and helpful to not just me but the people before me at both drop off and pickup. Service was done well, the only issue was the hour wait to take the shuttle. My Service Advisor is Patrick and he is a really Good Guy. He knows his stuff and he never tries to push any kind of service that isn't necessary immediately. This review concerns my appointment and visit to AutoNation Nissan Chandler yesterday,Nov. 30,2022. Our problem, 2019 Nissan would not start on first tries to start our vehicle. Our Service adv AutoNation Nissan Chandler yesterday,Nov. 30,2022. Our problem, 2019 Nissan would not start on first tries to start our vehicle. Our Service advisor told us that our warranties would not cover all work needed for our Nissan. We were shocked concerning the service cost for this electronic repair, but we needed to service done, so we agreed for Nissan to do the work. My service advisor told me I would have to wait about 5 hours for the initial diagnosis, I told her I would wait in store, she offered me a shuttle, but I declined. After about an hour wait my Service Advisor told me that my car was good to go, the vehicle needed a brake switch and Nissan replaced it at no charge. My Service Advisor did her due diligence and discovered that my Warranty did cover electronic parts. I commend her for her caring and excellent customer service, she made our day! thank you Chasity, Dave M. More
