My brand new 2023 Armada started having issues after only 2580 miles, apparently the fan clutch bearing was going out, made the armada sound extremely loud. They were very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to help me out and complete service in a timely manner given the challenge my truck presented in the form of a strip oil plug. They found one quickly and had it installed before i knew there was an issue and didnt even charge me for the part, even tho it was only 8 dollars i was more than willing to pay for the part but the insisted on no charge which just shows there excellent customer service.
