ANNC did the absolute best to get me this 2015 Ford Flex. The price was fair and they picked me up at the air port with my Flex so I could drive it. I will by again from this dealership. You cannot reach the service department because they use s call center in India. When I asked to be transferred to the dealership they say 100% of the time "no, they won't answer their phone". Because of this I will probably go to another dealership for all my service. For this particular service visit I was rescheduled twice by the service advisors. The first time was the day of the service they called and said the part was not available. The second time was after I already showed up for the appointment and they advised they were busy and would not be able to get to it. They asked if I could leave it overnight, I advised I didn't have a ride home, they asked if I could bring it back the next morning which I did. The service advisor gave me 15% off which was no big deal as I could have gotten that discount just by using my Costco membership. I understand things happen and was not angry. All of the advisors were very professional and ensured my vehicle was prioritized for the rescheduled appointment. Unfortunately if they continue to make it impossible to reach the service department due to using an outsourced call center I will take my business for my two Nissan's elsewhere. More
