This was the first time I had my 2014 Nissan Sentra service at this location and I am very impressed with the positive experience. I just moved to Queen Creek from Redondo Beach and this is by far the best service experience in my 25+ years of owning various Nissan cars. Poor service and poor communication , had us wait 2 1/2 hours to tell us they couldn’t do an recall update than another 40 mins to write up a list of all they did find wrong with the car that we did not as hours to tell us they couldn’t do an recall update than another 40 mins to write up a list of all they did find wrong with the car that we did not ask for but paper says customer requested, we did not. Total waste of our time. Won’t go back there. More
