The last car dealership experience I had was 15 years ago, and it was not a great one. Unfortunately I think car dealerships have a general reputation for being sleazy and untrustworthy. My experience at AutoNation Nissan Chandler was completely the opposite. The salesperson I worked with, Anthony, was incredibly upfront and honest throughout the whole process. I was not rushed or pressured into anything. Anthony even drove the car down to Tucson for me with his coworker, a lot attendant, possibly named Mike? It was cool to see the genuine warmth and teamwork between the two. I am very happy with my new car and would definitely recommend AutoNation Nissan Chandler to anyone looking for a low stress, zero pressure car buying experience. More

Had synthetic oil change. Should be good for 7,500 miles but window sticker says it should be due for an oil change in 3,700 some miles. This is confusing to say the least. Adrian and another service advisor were extremely nice both times we were there, Sept 8 & 13, in attempts to find a dead rodent in our 2022 Nissan Altima SL. Hole chewed in backseat, Adrian said they foun both times we were there, Sept 8 & 13, in attempts to find a dead rodent in our 2022 Nissan Altima SL. Hole chewed in backseat, Adrian said they found rat nest materials in cabin air filter and replaced. He said they looked everywhere and found no dead animal, however, horrible toxic dead animal smell returned after our car was parked for 6 hours. Called Service multiple times to see if they had any suggestions, put on hold by whomever answered & phone looped back to original recording every time on both Sept 14 & 15. We left messages for Adrian and Service Manager Anthony but never received a call back. More
