Adrian and another service advisor were extremely nice both times we were there, Sept 8 & 13, in attempts to find a dead rodent in our 2022 Nissan Altima SL. Hole chewed in backseat, Adrian said they found rat nest materials in cabin air filter and replaced. He said they looked everywhere and found no dead animal, however, horrible toxic dead animal smell returned after our car was parked for 6 hours. Called Service multiple times to see if they had any suggestions, put on hold by whomever answered & phone looped back to original recording every time on both Sept 14 & 15. We left messages for Adrian and Service Manager Anthony but never received a call back. More
First, I test drove my Ariya with Nick. He was so knowledgable about electric cars and everything the Ariya could do. He also found me the color I wanted and had it brought over to the dealership and had it charged for me to pick up. He even text me a picture when it arrived. I thought that was awesome. Next, David helped me when I picked up my car. He was very thorough going over the car with me and going through every detail of the car. He has even called and text after I brought it home to make sure I didn't have any other questions. When I did, he sent me videos on how to work what I needed. Nick and David are a great team. I've never had such good customer service at a dealership. More
