They are short on employee and service is waning significantly. They had my car 3 days, wanted $179 to tell me I had no transmission problem. They were wrong, of course, so I had to explain to significantly. They had my car 3 days, wanted $179 to tell me I had no transmission problem. They agreed to have him take another look at it, but that he wouldn’t be back to work for 4 days and they had nobody else who could address it sooner. After that, telling me it was (almost) $1K to repair a part or my driver side mirror, and quoting me more than double what I had to pay next door to get my rear brakes done… I decided to take my business elsewhere, paid them nothing and thanked them for wasting my time.
