Cade, my sales rep, was able to find a vehicle that was very close to the configuration I were looking for. It had a few options I really didn't want, but I accepted the vehicle because Cade and AutoNation very close to the configuration I were looking for. It had a few options I really didn't want, but I accepted the vehicle because Cade and AutoNation Nissan Chandler were able to get me a trade-in offer, I was happy with, and had the key options I did want. The only dissatisfaction I have with Cade and the folks at AutoNation Nissan Chandler was the fact that they were unaware that Nissan had removed the 'sliding rear window' as a standard feature in the 2022 Nissan Frontier SV Crew Cab trim level, so I wasn't aware that my vehicle wouldn't have it. On the day I picked up my Frontier, I noticed that it didn't the 'sliding rear window' and notified Cade, and sent him a copy of the brochure for the 2022 Nissan Frontier, and highlighted the 'sliding rear window' as one of the standard features in the SV trim level. I based my preferred Frontier configuration based on that brochure, and as of today (3/2/2022), is still showing the 'sliding rear window' as part of the Frontiers SV trim level. Hopefully they will work with Nissan to get this problem rectified. More
We recently purchased a 2018 Rogue from our favorite Sales Consultant, Billy Nitzschke at AutoNation Nissan Chandler....great car, but my wife noticed a vibration that I dismissed as something minor. I had an occasion to drive the car to the VA Hospital via the freeway, and noticed the headrest, on the seat behind the driver, was shaking like crazy at higher speeds. The next day we happened to be in the vicinity of the dealership, and we decided to stop by and ask them about a possible out of balance problem. Pat Golliher the service advisor that helped me recover valuable items that were left in our trade-in car, was on vacation so Jim Wilson was eager to help. He said, however, he couldn't work me in until the following week, but another advisor mentioned that the Recon Dept might not be busy. Jim worked out any warranty snags, got it checked out immediately and found that the left rear wheel was bent. He ordered one from L.A., got it in and installed it withing the next several days. It now drives like a dream. A BIG Shout Out to Billy Nitzschke, Pat Golliher, and Jim Wilson for the urgency they not only showed in finding us the right car, but then resolving any and all problems. The AutoNation Nissan Chandler team goes out of their way to make you feel SPECIAL! Stan and Andrea Paris p.s. Jared Schager deserves kudos also. More
My experience has been frustrating. I took my car in to have the hood latch recall fixed. I unfortunately didn’t test it out upon completion. I came to later find out my hood wouldn’t o I took my car in to have the hood latch recall fixed. I unfortunately didn’t test it out upon completion. I came to later find out my hood wouldn’t open. Due to the time needed I had to bring my car back twice to get it repaired. The hood now opens however when leaving the guard to my tire dropped while driving and began to rip and shred. My car is not safe to drive. I’ve called and emailed the dealership several times to only be ignored. I love my Altima and never had any problems until taking it in to be serviced. I found the service to be dismissive on my first visit and had no intent to go back. Due to the error I had to. The second and third time the treatment was better but I still have car issues. Update: I have since been contacted by AutoNation Nissan. They immediately assisted me which I greatly appreciate. More
