Excellent customer service from the first phone call, first visit, signing of contract. Billy(in sales) all around great guy. He got me into my 2023 Kicks. The last car dealership experience I had was 15 years ago, and it was not a great one. Unfortunately I think car dealerships have a general reputation for being sleazy and untrustworthy. My experience at AutoNation Nissan Chandler was completely the opposite. The salesperson I worked with, Anthony, was incredibly upfront and honest throughout the whole process. I was not rushed or pressured into anything. Anthony even drove the car down to Tucson for me with his coworker, a lot attendant, possibly named Mike? It was cool to see the genuine warmth and teamwork between the two. I am very happy with my new car and would definitely recommend AutoNation Nissan Chandler to anyone looking for a low stress, zero pressure car buying experience. More
