My appointment was later in the day and when I arrived by advisor had multiple appointments we was dealing with but other staff jumped in and assisted to make sure I didn’t have to sit and wait. This Nissan dealership is very professional. The only issue I have is not necessarily with the dealership, but with Nissan's email and reporting system, which was telling me I had a free oil cha The only issue I have is not necessarily with the dealership, but with Nissan's email and reporting system, which was telling me I had a free oil change coming from a service contract that I had canceled. Of course when I had my service appt they confirmed that the free oil changes were from my service contract which was cancelled. So, a little disappointment and confusion, but the service performed was done professionally. More

I brought my Maxima in for a battery replacement and I could not of had a better experience. I was in put out of there in little over an hour and that is with adding on an oil change .
