Found out I had a nail in my tire but needed to get back onto the freeway. I dropped into the dealership and Dustin Gaskill quickly located a new tire and replaced the old one for me and I was back on the f onto the freeway. I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership and had issues with the radio (kept cutting out every 3 mins and phone would not connect properly). After having it for 25 days I FINALLY got my vehicle had issues with the radio (kept cutting out every 3 mins and phone would not connect properly). After having it for 25 days I FINALLY got my vehicle back only to have the same issues happening. Dropped the vehicle off for the 2nd time directly to AutoNation so they could try and figure out what was going on. Went to pick it up 6 days later and still had issues with radio. As they say, third times a charm! Finally picked up my vehicle 9 days later and all the issues were corrected. It was a BIG PITA, BUT they fixed everything and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Sure would have been great to get everything fixed right the first time but I really appreciated that they guaranteed their work and got it completed. More
