Caryl provided me excellent customer service. I have unique rims. I could tell Caryl was engaged with the mechanic. When my vehicle was ready she mentioned how careful the mechanic was about th I have unique rims. I could tell Caryl was engaged with the mechanic. When my vehicle was ready she mentioned how careful the mechanic was about the car rims. I was very impressed and happy that I brought my vehicle to Nissan Auto Nation. I was very impressed with the little time it took to have an oil change and rotate the tires. Caryl asked if I had any questions at her counter. I asked about future warranty requirements and she demonstrated patience. I didn’t feel rushed off. I am retired from Postal Service management. Caryl would have been a 5 star employee if she worked in Postal Customer service. More

I purchased a preowned 2018 Rogue from this dealership the other day. Terry in Sales and Michael in Finance were outstanding to work with. They were both friendly and professional.
