I was not greeted very well at the front desk for my 1:00 appt. Seemed to be an inconvenience. There were several signs saying the car wash was broke. The lobby was filthy and the restrooms were atrocious. I waited 2 hours and 1o minutes for an oil change. No excuses for any of this. More

Everyone was very professional and the work was well done. Communication during the process was great! I was extremely diss appointed in how the interior of my car was left. The in cabin filter was changed and all the debris that fell out during the process was left all over my passenger side floor. The were dirty boot prints on the driver side both on the sill plate and the plastic trim. The lit sill plate was badly scratched. I have pictures if you are interested. More
