It's impossible to have a perfect experience with any dealership. After all, you, as the buyer, want to pay as little as possible, and they, as the dealership, want you to pay as much as possible. That f dealership. After all, you, as the buyer, want to pay as little as possible, and they, as the dealership, want you to pay as much as possible. That fact accepted, this was one of my better experiences buying a car. Ben Noland was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. After looking into having a vehicle transferred from another dealership, I decided to go with a color they already had on their lot. I made a reasonable offer, which Ben and his sales manager accepted. All of this negotiating happened online, so after arriving at the dealership and test driving the car, my wife and I decided to buy the car. Before we could go back to the finance office and sign all the paperwork, though, we waited a VERY long time. When we did go back, I was happy that I wasn't pressured to buy extended warranties or anything extra. The finance guy showed us the offerings, but when we said that we can afford to repair any damage, or cover any expenses that might come up after the warranty ends, he moved on. Everywhere else that 've bought a car pushed me so hard on the extended warranty and service contracts, and since I usually pay cash, it's not as easy to sell me on something extra by saying that it only adds X dollars per month. At the end of the day, I would be perfectly happy if I could just show up, sign a few forms, hand over a check, and leave with a car. I hate sitting in a dealership for so long, although I'm sure some of the delay is inevitable given all the paperwork and background check requirements. I am still going to give five stars because of Ben Noland. We got an acceptable price, and Ben explained everything, including the Nissan app and safety features, in more detail than I've ever seen a car salesman do. My daughter will be driving this car, so Ben even helped her to get her phone all configured to work with the car. As I said, one of my better experiences. More

Customer service between Nissan Motor Acceptance Co LLC where we send our payments on line and Nissan warranty cancellation department where we canceled our extended warranty is non existent! We canceled t where we send our payments on line and Nissan warranty cancellation department where we canceled our extended warranty is non existent! We canceled the warranty on December 3, 2023. (She was supposed to cancel the whole warranty but that’s another story!) A check from the cancellation department that covered one part of the extended warranty, was mailed (yes they still use snail mail and paper checks) to the lien holder company which is Nissan on 01-02-24. They said it would take 7 to 10 days for the lien holder to receive the check. On 1-22-24 I called the lien holder, Nissan and they have no record of receiving the paper check but that it could take 6 to 8 weeks for them to process that check! I don’t understand that because when I make my payments on line every month it doesn’t take them 6 to 8 weeks to process it! My suggestion is to not purchase the platinum extended warranty (ours was to the tune of $13,000 +) and don’t use Nissan finance. Use your own bank. My blood pressure goes up every time I have to deal with them. Love my brand spanking new 2023 Rogue Platinum. Wish we had bought it somewhere else and used my own bank to finance it. Another thing. Our salesman quit I think the day after our car purchase so we have no one to call if we need help. More
I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Nissan Chandler. Kevin worked diligently to get me into a vehicle that met my needs and wouldn’t break me financially. Three months later, I am just as in l Chandler. Kevin worked diligently to get me into a vehicle that met my needs and wouldn’t break me financially. We had a great experience with multiple staff members while purchasing our new car. Previous interactions with other dealerships have been mediocre at best. We feel like we will be cared for and remember while purchasing our new car. Previous interactions with other dealerships have been mediocre at best. I was extremely disappointed when I found out that my recent vehicle purchase did not have the equipment that I was told it had. I traded in my 2018 Nissan Frontier with 31,XXX miles. The truck had eve recent vehicle purchase did not have the equipment that I was told it had. I traded in my 2018 Nissan Frontier with 31,XXX miles. The truck had everything I needed except Android Auto. I'm 73 years old and really wanted this feature for trips to Phoenix and other busy areas. I bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier under the impression it had Android Auto. When I found out it did not have it, I went back to the dealer and requested a trade back for my old truck. I spoke to Mr. Zarate, General Manager, and explained to him the only reason I bought the 2019 was because I wanted the Android Auto feature. Mr. Zarate stated he would talk to the used car manager and told me to talk to a salesman, which I did. I spoke to Kevin, the salesman I worked with originally, and explained my problem. He apologized and stated he thought the 2019 had the feature I wanted. He was going to talk to the used car sales manager and would let me know. A couple of hours later, Kevin called and told me the only option I had was to come back to the dealership as a new customer and negotiate a new deal. He advised me to keep in mind that any purchase would be based on "their" new selling price of the 2018 and my 2019, of less than 2 weeks, would have to be appraised for a trade-in value. I calculated I would lose approximately $7000 to buy my old truck back. No consideration was allowed for all of the inconvenience and misinformation. On a separate note, Danny Bedolla, Service Advisor, was very courteous, understanding, patient, and helpful. On the second service visit for a persistent chirping/squeaking noise in the front end, he ensured it was repaired. More
