I called the number you provided on 12/26/23 and asked for the General Manager. Instead, I was transferred to the Customer Experience representative and again explained everything to him. He promised not to leave me hanging and would call me back by end of day (12/26/23). On 12/27/23, I called again and requested the status on resolution of my issue. I received a call back later and told it would cost me another $1000 to have the radio replaced. I explained that was not acceptable and I firmly believe the dealership should resolve this issue. The Customer Experience representative acknowledged my position and advised me that he was just the messenger and not the decision maker. He said he would get back to me, hopefully by the end of day (12/27/23). Since I did not receive a call back, I called again this morning (12/28/23). It's now 1:30 pm local and I'm still hanging. I was very impressed with Nissan and their staff upon my initial visit. However, since then, I have become increasingly more upset, disappointed, and shocked by their unwillingness to fix the problem they created.
