I dropped my Rouge off almost 3 weeks ago to try and get a problem fixed that has been ongoing since I bought the car over a year ago and have had it in a number of times. I've been trying for over a week leaving voice mails and even a email with no response. I've had the same problem before with no update from this service representative it's ridiculous that they can't make a phone call and let you know the status of the repair. This is the second and last vehicle I'll ever buy from there and would recommend anyone to go elsewhere. More
Joe Cola at AutoNation Chandler was great to work with. Honest, straightforward, and amazingly knowledgeable about Nissans - Joe is a serious Nissan guy!! He took great care in letting me know the ways Nissan improved the Rogue (over the one I was trading in). And then once our deal was done he walked thru all the fancy features of my new car. I did not feel pressured by Joe in any way. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the F&I Manager, who laid a major guilt trip trying to get me to buy an extended warranty. Still, overall it was a positive experience, but I do wish it didn't take 5 hours to buy a new car. More
