Dustin the service advisor was great. My normal oil change ended up to be rather expensive because of some major problems but I am so happy that the service dept was able to repair my ca My normal oil change ended up to be rather expensive because of some major problems but I am so happy that the service dept was able to repair my car so that I didn’t have to buy a new one. I feel like I got a great price on the repair job. Dustin kept me well informed during the repair time and what the time frame would be. I actually got my car back sooner than I thought and it was also less money than the original quote. Julio was the shuttle driver that day and when he drove me home I felt like I was riding with a family member. He was awesome. I’ve been coming to this dealer for service and repairs since I bought the car in 2009 and I will continue to do business with this dealer. More

I dealt with Julio for my second car repair. Communication was spot on and he even worked a little bit on the price of repairs -- lower than anywhere else around. (I know, I called!)
