I was having many issues getting my car into Auto Nation Tempe Nissan and finally reached out Auto Nation Chandler and everyone from the call in to the service advisor, Dustin, to whoever did the work on my Tempe Nissan and finally reached out Auto Nation Chandler and everyone from the call in to the service advisor, Dustin, to whoever did the work on my car would get 5 stars. They were very friendly and professional. I think whoever is managing this location needs to train people at other locations on the importance of customer service. I am very happy with the work that was done and it was done relatively quickly. I had to get a new transmission and this was found at the Tempe location. Thank you to the lady on the phone, Allison, Dustin, Patrick, and anyone else that I may have left out. Exceptional service!! I will be back!!! More

Both John Goff, and Nick were great in helping us decide which Pathfinder we would be happy with in the SL model. They both communicated well with each other in making sure our vehicle would be ready the n which Pathfinder we would be happy with in the SL model. Both made sure we went over all the safety features on the vehicle and were able to answer any questions anytime regarding operations and specs. Both gave us their phone numbers should we have any question regarding at any time with the new technology, or assistance with anything else. It was a great experience working with both John, and Nick. We came back to Autonation Chandler because we had a great experience when we purchased our last vehicle 10 plus years ago! Julio in service department was excellent in getting our vehicle in for the window tint right away when I had shown up for the appointment scheduled that day and had it out for us quicker than the four hours required, windows look great, we are happy with the vehicle and hope for it to be as great as our other Nissan's we have purchased.
