Jennifer got my vehicle in on time and provided pictures of the worn and new parts. The work was completed and I was able to pick-up my car sooner than expected. I was having many issues getting my car into Auto Nation Tempe Nissan and finally reached out Auto Nation Chandler and everyone from the call in to the service advisor, Dustin, to whoever did the work on my Tempe Nissan and finally reached out Auto Nation Chandler and everyone from the call in to the service advisor, Dustin, to whoever did the work on my car would get 5 stars. They were very friendly and professional. I think whoever is managing this location needs to train people at other locations on the importance of customer service. I am very happy with the work that was done and it was done relatively quickly. I had to get a new transmission and this was found at the Tempe location. Thank you to the lady on the phone, Allison, Dustin, Patrick, and anyone else that I may have left out. Exceptional service!! I will be back!!! More
