The facts are pretty straightforward Dropped my vehicle off at 7 am for a brake Flush and also inspection on brake inspection for Replacement. Was told I would get a call with the Quote in 2-3 vehicle off at 7 am for a brake Flush and also inspection on brake inspection for Replacement. Was told I would get a call with the Quote in 2-3 hours. No one called me and I called at 1:15 and no answer to get update on my car. I dialed the number to schedule a service and got call center. Call center said the service department was out of office from 12 till 2 PM and that someone would call me as soon as they got back into the office. I never received a call from the service department to give me a quote or tell me what service they were going to perform or to tell me if my brakes needed to be replaced. I called two times at 4:55 and two times at 5:00 pm and no one answered. I was worried because I thought perhaps the service department would be closing down soon for the day and was worried that no one had called me back and I need my vehicle. I want an entire day without a vehicle…days before Christmas with a xxxx ton of tasks to get Done. Therefore I went back into my emails where I have experienced the same issues with the same dealership. And I emailed several people to see if someone would pick up the phone and call me and help me understand what service was done to my car, how much I owed, and when I can pick up my vehicle. I have bought nothing but Nissans for close to 30 years. I bought this vehicle here in 2015 and have loyally returned for service repairs, gone to the collision center twice, oil changes, etc. Rest assured I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership or bring my vehicle back here for service ever again. More

So normally, I am extremely happy with all services I get from AutoNation Nissan Chandler. However, I’ve been extremely disappointed to say the least of lately. I purchased a car about 2 months ago. At the t from AutoNation Nissan Chandler. However, I’ve been extremely disappointed to say the least of lately. I purchased a car about 2 months ago. At the time of my purchase, I traded in another vehicle. Nick was the sales guy and I advised him of the dollar amount that was still owed on my previous vehicle. I was told that anything owed over the dollar amount that my previous vehicle was appraised for would be added into my loan for my new vehicle, which I was perfectly fine with. However, I found out that the vehicle was not fully paid off, and there is still a balance left on my previous loan I immediately reached out to Nick and I asked him about it and he said that’s some thing I have to discuss with finance so I reached out to finance talk to Mike the what I believe to be the Director. I think it’s what he is now for finance. He advised me on November 9 after I contacted him that he would reach back out to me ASAP. He would bring this information to the attention in the meeting that they were supposed to have the next morning etc. He has failed to reach out to me since November 9. I have attempted to reach him on multiple occasions and he has not returned a phone call or a text message. So now I sit here with a loan balance due on my previous vehicle that now I’m going to have to pay because it will affect my credit if I don’t. To say the least they have definitely screwed me over in the situation because I am left to pay not one but two car payments. Furthermore, it infuriates me because I told Nick I would not purchase a new car if I was going to be left with a balance on my previous car. I was LIED to. I have literally gone from an extremely satisfied customer to an extremely unsatisfied customer due to this experience. So yeah if you’re looking to get screwed over right before Christmas by all means purchase a car from AutoNation Nissan Chandler. More
