I returned a vehicle i was purchasing prior to the finance company funding, due to an issue with the AC that i was told by the finance and sales department that the extended service plan i was purchas finance company funding, due to an issue with the AC that i was told by the finance and sales department that the extended service plan i was purchasing with the vehicle would cover the repair 100%. Then i found out the dealership had the AC listed as pre-existing and the warranty would not cover the repair so the dealership said to return the vehicle and they would void the contract. The end of April i received a bill from paylink the billing company for the Autonation owned warranty company, i called and explained i returned the car and was told i needed to contact the dealership, i also asked them to remove my debit card as a payment method. i called the dealership and David workman the finance director assured me that the warranty was being canceled and o would NOT be charged. On May 5th there was an attempt to withdraw the funds but it was unsuccessful called Paylink and the dealership again and was assured me my card was removed and the dealership assured me the warranty had been canceled. On May14 there was 314.40 withdrawn from my acct and i have tried to call the dealership and have been put on hold for as long as 40 minutes at a time with no answer. i just want my 314.40 returned asap and no customer should ever have to have to deal with in my opinion Autonation is a very dishonest business More

As soon we walked in a salesman came right up to us and made us feel super comfortable, they didn’t pressure us at all! We even went to the Honda dealership after look at Nissan and again the salesman did made us feel super comfortable, they didn’t pressure us at all! I tried to conduct 2 truck deals over the internet with this dealership. I agreed to prices and signed pricing agreements. The sales manager was supposed to order the color I wanted from a different deal this dealership. I agreed to prices and signed pricing agreements. The sales manager was supposed to order the color I wanted from a different dealer and have the truck I wanted shipped in. On both occaisions, after I signed the pricing sheet, the sales manager ghosted me. The first time I ran down another salesman, and he said the truck they should have ordered got sold out from under me, so I tried a second color for the 2nd deal. The pricing sheet I signed even included shipping charges to get the truck I wanted. As soon as I signed the sheet, I was ghosted again (should have learned the first time). So I simply went to another Nissan dealer who had the Model and trim I wanted and saved myself even more money that I signed for with Autonation Chandler. I'll not recommend this dealership at all.
