All employees involved in the purchase and the trade-in of our old Murano were very accommodating and bent over backwards to make the transaction for us. Konrad, Mohammed, Jennifer, and Jered were most he of our old Murano were very accommodating and bent over backwards to make the transaction for us. Konrad, Mohammed, Jennifer, and Jered were most helpful. When it looked that the sale would not be accommodated, Jennifer and Jered stepped up to the plate and made things happen. They truly had our best interests at heart. In addition, Mohammed took his time with us and was meticulous in covering our options. This service department employee stole my battery from my car and put in a junk battery which I had to replace by my own expense and now sends me a 25% off coupon for a new battery!
