Chastity was my service advisor when I had my truck towed in. She was prompt and kept me updated the whole way through. They had to order the starter for my Titan and she was able to provide a loaner until t in. She was prompt and kept me updated the whole way through. Konrad, Mohammed, Jennifer, and Jered were most helpful. When it looked that the sale would not be accommodated, Jennifer and Jered stepped up to the plate and made things happen. They truly had our best interests at heart. In addition, Mohammed took his time with us and was meticulous in covering our options. Overall, it was the best experience we have ever had in the daunting exercise of purchasing a vehicle. More

I have used this dealer for over 15 years. I trust their work. Their staff always does a good job communicating what needs to be done. One star is one star too many! !! The finance guy, via the sales guy, tried to get me into a loan at two times the going rate. I already had pre-approval from my bank. When !! The finance guy, via the sales guy, tried to get me into a loan at two times the going rate. I already had pre-approval from my bank. When I shared that they stated they hadn't submitted the application to my bank. However, I had already received credit pull updates on all the places they sent it to and my bank was one of them. Then, they "found" a better rate while trying to sell me $6000 worth of warranty, GAP, and phase of the moon insurance. Okay, I made up the moon part. Finance guy says he will need my signature on CPO form and that he will email it the next day. Finance guy blamed sales guy despite it being Finance guy's error. Still unresolved. Also, my trade in loan has not been paid yet. They listed and looks like they sold the trade in. So, I encourage you to avoid AutoNation in general and Chandler specifically. No haggle price, but lots of abusive financing games and "overlooked" CPO paperwork. AVOID!!! 01-13 Update: The CPO paperwork was finally sent. Still awaiting info regarding trade in loan payoff. More
