Called to make an appointment to do a lease return, said no appointment needed, drive 25 minutes to turn in lease car, told we don’t do lease returns on Saturdays, we are too busy, but I called and asked. In about a year my vehicle has been at the dealer for warranty work 7 months most of the time with little to no communication for weeks after calling In about a year my vehicle has been at the dealer for warranty work 7 months most of the time with little to no communication for weeks after calling and emailing. I would have to go in physically to get any info. While it’s there it’s baking in the sun getting damaged outside 95% of the time as I’m paying my monthly payment and insurance. Every time I get my vehicle back something new is broken from the technicians being careless. And several things have had to be done to done. It’s honestly unbelievable. It had been pulling teeth to get a manager to call me. Many issues are still not resolved. I’m already looking at other brands because I can’t believe what I’ve been put through. More
