Since moving to Phoenix 4 years ago-have been looking for the right “home” for my auto needs. Started at Tempe AN but left in disgust over subpar service. I was cautiously optimistic at best but after my first experience I knew I’d found my new “home.” Julio A and Chris M sensed my obvious unease and sought to keep me informed every step of the way while being as thorough and attentive to detail as possible. I was very impressed and satisfied with the way I was treated as well as the care shown for my vehicle. Since that initial visit - I’ve been back with my other vehicle and experienced the same high level of care. They are always very professional and do their level best to resolve my issues in a timely manner. I’ve got an ‘05 Murano and an ‘09 Pathfinder in mint condition and am a longtime Nissan customer. I can say with confidence that this is the best place for all of my vehicles needs since moving from NY - highly recommended this location! More
The service department was very attentive to correctly diagnosing the loud drive train noise in our 2013 Pro 4x. They let me know what other maintenance will be needed but didnt pressure us to over spend on this issue. Great team to work with. We will definitely bring our vehicle back to them for future work. One thing they could improve, was they asked if I wanted the vehicle washed when i went to pick it up. Since i had been waiting a bit i declined. However they could have washed it without asking before they returned it to me. I took it to a drive thru car wash on my way home. No big deal. Just since you asked. Praise, improvement, praise.
