I will only bring my vehicle to this particular dealership for service because the care and customer service given is phenomenal. I made a appointment online and received 2 confirming emails, yet when I arrived at the dealer I was told I had no appointment and they could not service y vehicle that day. I talked to a representative emails, yet when I arrived at the dealer I was told I had no appointment and they could not service y vehicle that day. I talked to a representative behind the counter and they found my appointment by phone number. I was told they could handle the oil change and tire rotation but they could not service the faulty weather stripping or pair my phone with the vehicle. I was told I would have to schedule another appointment to get those issues addressed. I received a text when my car was finished telling e that the truck was in the car wash and would be ready when I got there. Needless to say the truck was not washed. this is hardly what I would consider acceptable customer service. I was also told that there was a safety recall that they couldn't handle that day. since they knew my truck was coming in for service how did they not have a mandatory recall part available.I find it unlikely I will use this dealership for anything other than warranty or recall service.
