This is my 3rd vehicle purchase with AutoNation Nissan. Sam and AJ were awesome, friendly and made the experience very smooth. AJ went over and beyond to help even after purchase. My only possibly negative thing on visit was the finance part, I made a large down payment, and my card was declined the first time even though I called my bank ahead of time. The finance gentleman had the nerve to ask me if the card I was using was mine? I blew it off but was very unprofessional, I just ignored him and swiped my card again for the DP to go through. More
I brought my SUV in for routine service and dropped it off expecting it to take most of the day. I said I had a busy workday and would likely get it at the end of the day. A couple of hours later they cal off expecting it to take most of the day. I said I had a busy workday and would likely get it at the end of the day. A couple of hours later they called and said it was ready. I questioned if everything had been completed and confirmed that they found nothing else that needed attention. Seeing a small window of time in our workdays, I asked my husband to take me to pick it up. However, there was a misunderstanding internally and when I arrived to pick it up it, the service had not yet been completed and I had to wait. Due to the inconvenience of having to wait during a busy workday, they offered to comp my service, which was appreciated. The service folks there have always gone above and beyond for me when I've needed help. More
