My husband, two kids, and I had shown up to Nissan on Saturday with the specific intent to only LOOK at the Nissan Pathfinder. Nick had greeted us at the door with a huge smile and I instantly knew he w Saturday with the specific intent to only LOOK at the Nissan Pathfinder. Nick had greeted us at the door with a huge smile and I instantly knew he was not going to pressure us into buying a car that day (which was much appreciated). I am currently 36 weeks pregnant, which can be quite a challenge in this heat; Nick went out of his way to pull a Pathfinder into the building for us to sit in and look at. After reviewing some of the features inside Nick set us up for a test drive with another gentleman who went over additional features as my husband drove the car. After the drive Nick had given my husband his phone number and told us to reach out if we had any further questions or if we wanted to move forward with a purchase. We got home and decided to do some additional research on several SUVs we had test drove that day. Several text message exchanges happened between Nick and my husband with additional questions we had and Nick also sent over some available Pathfinder photos. Yesterday afternoon we spontaneously decided we wanted to check out the Pathfinder again so that I could drive it as well. My husband had texted Nick to see if he was working; it was his day off and he still made his way into the dealership to meet us! We went in yesterday still not feeling pressured by Nick to buy and yet we ended up making a deal on a Pathfinder. All of that to say, we truly enjoyed our car buying experience with Nick! More
Brought in my Rogue because I had 3 recall notices. Only one could be addressed, which was the folding key issue. My key was frozen in the open position. Passenger seat sensor light is on. I was told a diognostic fee of $189 would have to be paid!! I also had my plastic below engine skid plate reinstalled. It had been removed by a parking stop block. I also had an oil change.
