Price was great, service was great, length of stay was a little too long. the car was originally sold and I received a call to that point but loan fell through. I had arranged an appointment with Tom to look at the Versas. I was mostly curious as to whether I could adjust to the size and performance compared to my Infiniti G35. He immediately suggested a test dirve, but it was a very busy day at the dealership so while we waited for a vehicle he showed me what was available in the Versa Sedan and Hatchback, My color choice (always my first concern) was Gun Metallic. He suggested that I might like to look at a Juke as well and that we test drive one(Gum Metallic of couse) while we waited on the versa. It had the turbo charged engine and I was sold the minute I hit the On-ramp to the freeway. I did drive an Altima and the Versa which were both very nice cars (for someone else). I think Tom knew exactly what i needed. It was well within my price range and he did not even try to lead me toward an Altima 3.5 or Maxima which is what I was expecting. There was minimal negotiation on my trade-in, which I appreciated more than anything else that went on that day. The entire staff at Power Nissan were friendly and ready to help with anyhing that I wanted to know. Thank you Tom for knowing what I needed when I didn't. More
My husband and I were just thinking about getting a new car due to mileage and other worries about our car. We pulled into a couple dealers before power Nissan and no one gave us the time of day as we're y car due to mileage and other worries about our car. When we first pulled up to power Nissan we went straight to the juke as that's what we were I initially interested in. Right away a new salesperson named hector came and introduced himself. He was very polite and informative. He asked if we wanted to test-drive it and went and got the keys for it after taking our driver licenses to copy. We took the juke out on a nice test drive and decided that the price was just a bit too high for us to be comfortable with making ( and we were honestly still just looking at pricing ) hector then suggested looking at cars instead and showed us the sentras. First the first sentra we saw (the sl) wouldn't start due to the battery being out in the key fob we tried driving the basic sentra but that one was low on gas so we finally tried the sr and it worked. Hector throughout the whole test driving period had a wonderful personality and didn't get frustrated at all with having to switch the keys so many times. We just joked and had fun with it. My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the vehicle and put in our offer on it. We met I believe his name was ken or Gary not really sure, but he was very nice and professional and told us that they just needed to go take a look at our car and they'll start the process. We only sent the paperwork back to him once as the first quote was a bit too high for us. But they got it down to where we told them we would go with as little as we had to down. Though the waiting time to see Thomas (finance) after getting the test drive done was two and two and a half hours it flew by as Hector stayed and talked to us and we all learned more about each other. We didn't feel like just another sale to them we felt like they truly wanted the best car and price for us. Once we met Thomas which was at ten at night he went through everything quickly and thoroughly and made sure that we were protected and getting the best deal we could. Thomas even knew everything about the car we were buying and explained the different maintenance aspects there will be to it and when it would be best to do oil changes calculated with as much as we drive. During the time we spent with Thomas they cleaned our new car, filled it up with gas and replaced anything that may have been missing that we didn't notice (our antenna) after signing with Thomas we cleaned our old car and drove off with our new sentra. Because it was so late at night we didn't do the final checklist so Hector said he could drive all the way out where we live (San tan valley) or we can come in and they'll do it at that time. My husband and I decided to come in and do it. Hector went over how to use all of our cars different ammenities and took us and showed us how to get our services done. He was very thorough and professional and kind. I know my husband and I had such a great experience at power Nissan we will definitely use them in the future, and recommend all of our friends and family to them. More

We visited about 10 dealerships in the East Valley after researching what cars we felt would be ideal for me. A few dealerships offered good cars; a couple had ok value for good cars but none could offer us researching what cars we felt would be ideal for me. A few dealerships offered good cars; a couple had ok value for good cars but none could offer us all of the criteria we hoped to find in a used car and deal. Tom went the extra mile to look for the "it" car for us and the deal was better than we expected that it would be for a business that sells a lot of New. Tom and Thomas (in finance) worked together quickly with the other staff and I think if we were to buy another car, we would probably go here first to save a lot of time. More
My son Gary and I visited Pioneer Nissan on Sunday May 29 to test drive an Altima sedan. We were greeted by several people and then referred to Joe Leszkowice. He reviewed my needs and preferences in color , etc. and selected several Altimas for me to test drive. We then drove together for several miles to obtain my impressions of the the vehicle. After making the test drive my son and I left the auto dealear's site to go to lunch. When we returned we met Michael Turcotte, as Mr. Leszkowicz was with another customer. I had previously spoken to Mr. Turcotte on the phone prior to my visit. I decided on a silver color car which had to be transferred from another Nissan facility. Both Joe and Michael explained the various services available and escorted me around the facility. Prior to my driving the car of my choice off the premises, Michael explained the various controls of the Altima to my satisfaction. He also stated to call him if I had any questions after I got home. I was very pleased with the attention and courtesy provided to me in the purchase of my Altima at Pioneer Nissan. Frank Santoro More
